DUSTIN LAIR
LEAD PASTOR
Dustin has been the pastor of CSBC since 2004. He was called to serve in the church at the age of 17. He is married to Stacy and they have 7 amazing children, two of whom are married. Mattie (Race), Brecken (Madison), Austyn, Haddon, Kellen, Eden, and Harrison. Dustin and Stacy are the proud grandparents to their grandbaby Jude, they are also current foster parents. They both graduated from Fair Grove and love their hometown. Dustin was saved at the age of 14 and lacked spiritual mentors in his life. He prayed and prayed that God would send someone to disciple him to help him grow in the Lord. It didn't seem to happen. When he was called to the ministry at age 17 at youth camp and decided that he would do his best to be the answer to anyone praying that same prayer. This is why Community's mission is to make disciples who make disciples.
TRUMAN BAXTER
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Truman has been at CSBC since 2010. He is dedicated to serving and oversees the church's national and international missions as well as community outreach programs. Truman and his wife Jenny are passionate about reaching people both in the community and across the globe.
Truman and Jenny have two children Aiden and Zoe.
AARON MCGUIRE
LAY PASTOR
Aaron was blessed to grow up in a home where he had a Mom and Dad who loved the Lord and who presented Christ centered values in his life. He heard the gospel at church and received Christ as his Savior at the age of 8. He continued to grow in the Lord while being under the teaching of the Word and being surrounded by godly men in the church. When he
was 22 years old, he surrendered his life to the ministry. After completing his bachelors degree at Baptist Bible College, he continued his education by earning a master’s degree in professional counseling. By
earning that degree, God gave him a wonderful opportunity to open a Christian Counseling practice in 2008. His life is one that allows him to serve the Lord in a variety of ways. God has blessed Aaron with a wonderful wife, Jacqui, who works alongside him in their counseling practice. They have three children, Whitney, Carter, & Jordyn.
JUSTIN & JESSICA RICE
YOUTH DIRECTORS
Justin is our youth pastor here at CSBC! His passion is preaching and teaching the gospel to young adults. His wife, Jessica, is passionate about hospitality and making the kids feel welcome! They enjoy attending school functions and doing events with the youth kids. They have 2 kids of their own Jayden and Jameson.
Justin & Jessica first started attending CSBC in 2015.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTORS
Shawn & Lauren came to CSBC in 2017 and quickly joined the children's ministry team. They are passionate about reaching children and families in the community and spreading the gospel message to all ages. They oversee the Wednesday night kids program, children's Sunday school, as well as nursery/toddler rooms and any special children's ministry events.
Shawn and Lauren have two children, Carson and Barrett.
