SERVANT

LEADERS

We serve because God has designed us and called us to do good works. Scripture teaches that Jesus didn’t come to be served, but to serve others and to give His life for us (Matthew 20:28).

As Christians, our goal is to be more like Jesus; to reflect Him in our everyday lives.

There are always opportunities to serve in the church and in our communities, here are just a few ways you can get involved.

GREET TEAM

If you love people or love to serve, the Greet Team is your team. Whether parking, greeting, serving coffee or ushering, you help welcome our guests to make sure they have a great experience.

CSBC KIDS

We are a church that is passionate about teaching our kids to follow Jesus. If you have a desire to see kids learn and grow in their faith, consider how you can serve by volunteering in our Children & Family Ministry. This can range from volunteering in the nursery, to teaching in a classroom setting. Contact our Children's Ministry directors if you want to know how you can help!

MENTOR

For those who have grown in their spiritual maturity and established a foundation in Jesus, it is your responsibility to teach and train others in their faith. At Community we have multiple discipleship opportunities, as well as teaching & preaching the Word with guidance from seasoned church leaders.

MUSIC & MEDIA

If you have musical or media talents, this team is for you. Each week singers, musicians, and media volunteers serve to create an engaging and meaningful worship service. Our worship team desires to lead the congregation into deeper worship, bringing God's people together to praise Him in unity.

FACILITY

One of the greatest ways we can serve our guests and members is by making each service safe and secure. We also want to create a pleasant atmosphere by giving attention to every detail. Whether it's housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, or other forms of taking care of our church building, help is always welcomed!

OUTREACH

We are a church with a desire to reach people in our community and beyond with the message of the gospel. If you have a desire to share the gospel and see lives changed, consider how you can be involved. We have outreach locally, nationally, and internationally.

COMMUNITY CARES

At Community, we recognize that we are apart of an even larger body of beleivers. As Christians, we are in this together and we want to support other churches and organizations who are working to further God's kingdom. A large focus we have at CSBC is caring about kids - all kids. This is why we partner with local ministries and encourage our members to get involved both in and outside of the church by volunteering thier time, talents and offering.

As followers of Jesus, we are called to care for and serve the fatherless and abused children in our community. CSBC is helping interested members connect with ministries and organizations who serve orphans and children in need. We pray God stirs your heart to catch His passion for the fatherless.
